Can I send back the product?

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance selling) Regulations, you have the right to cancel the order within 14 days after the day you received the goods.
For this purpose, before you decide to send back the goods, we expect you to send us an email to the listed in our contact section email address with description of reasons you have for sending back the goods.

Ladycare Menopause Ltd has such faith in its products that you can feel free to order and inspect, and if you are unhappy you may send it back to us , provided you respect the following conditions:
1. You intend to send back the goods within 14 days after you have received it
2. You have to fill in a special blank with description of reasons for cancelling the order, and you have to add your invoice or receipt as proof of your purchase
3. Returned goods must be in perfect form, not damaged or misused.
4. The returned goods should be carefully packed in their original packaging to minimize risk of damage in transit.
5. In the attached blank for return please specify your bank account, to which we should refund you. We can only refund the sum for purchased goods in BGN(Bulgarian leva) and to an account in Bulgarian bank.
Please attach the blank for return to the package with goods to send back to usIf this blank is missing we may charge some additional handling fee. If you cannot find the blank for return of goods, please contact our call centre or send a mail.

Very important conditions:
- All products can be returned in their original packaging.
- Refunds are for the purchase price only , less any relevant handling charge.
- All transport cost for sending back the goods are to be paid by the customer
- After we receive the returned goods, they will be checked and inspected carefully, after which we will contact you by mail or phone, to inform you we have received back the goods.
- Price refunds are made within 14 calendar days.
- No shipments to any other address of any courier will be received or paid by us
- We will not accept goods sent back to us with “cash on delivery” condition
